As a service we work with families and young children and have a key focus on Safeguarding and Family support. Our company therefore needs to ensure that staff are highly trained and well informed to be able to effectively undertake their role – this is exactly what they received! The content was engaging and relevant with the instructors being highly trained, approachable and keeping the days relaxed and comfortable. The feedback from attendees was of an exceeding high standard with them expressing how excellent and professional Scott was, with the style of delivery and providing continuous support and clarification. In addition they felt the practical assessment which Bryan completed were a highlight of the course, they expressed this brought reality of how they would deal with situations and reconfirmed their learning and confidence of how they would deal with them.
